What does the dedicated coordinator do?
Your coordinator handles all transportation logistics. They create a detailed timeline, communicate with your wedding planner and photographer, coordinate multiple pickup locations, manage any day-of changes, and remain available by phone throughout your wedding.
How do the multiple pickup locations work?
We can collect members of your bridal party from different hotels or preparation locations. Your coordinator creates an efficient route and timing schedule. Each location receives specific pickup times to ensure everyone arrives together.
What premium champagne options are included?
The Premium Package includes two bottles of quality champagne or sparkling wine. Upgrade options to Moet, Veuve Clicquot, or Dom Perignon are available. You may also bring your own preferred champagne at no additional charge.
How does photo stop coordination work?
Before your wedding, we discuss your photography plans with you and can coordinate directly with your photographer. We suggest optimal routes, timing for golden hour shots, and can make 2-3 stops at scenic Chicago locations during your service time.
What if 14 passengers isn't enough?
Our Royal Package includes multiple vehicles and guest shuttles. Alternatively, we can add a second SUV limousine or motor coach to your Premium Package for an additional fee.
