O'Hare International Airport (ORD) has four terminals spread across a massive campus. Knowing exactly where your driver will meet you saves time and frustration — especially after a long flight.

Terminal 1 (United Airlines)
After collecting your bags from the lower-level carousel, exit through Door 1E or 1F. Walk to the outer curb (second curb from the building). Your Royal Carriage driver will be waiting in the designated limo/car service zone. Look for a black sedan or SUV with your name on a sign.
Terminal 2 (Delta, Air Canada, United Domestic)
Baggage claim is on the lower level. Exit through Door 2E or 2F to the outer curb. The car service pickup zone is clearly marked. Terminal 2 is the smallest terminal, so pickup is usually the fastest here.
Terminal 3 (American Airlines)
This is O'Hare's busiest terminal. Exit baggage claim through Door 3E or 3F to the lower-level outer curb. During peak hours (4-7 PM), expect heavy curbside traffic. Your driver will text you their exact location and license plate number.
Terminal 5 (International Arrivals)
All international flights arrive at Terminal 5, which is separated from Terminals 1-3 by the ATS train. After clearing customs and collecting bags, exit to the ground transportation area on the lower level. The limo pickup zone is at Door 5E. Note: allow 30-60 minutes for customs clearance — we track your flight and adjust pickup time automatically.
