Cancel within 14 days, the deposit is forfeited. These terms exist because we block the vehicle and driver for your entire wedding day — typically 8-12 hours — turning away other bookings.
Deposit Structures (Refundable vs Non-Refundable)
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your wedding booking. This deposit is refundable under our cancellation policy above. Some competitors take 50% non-refundable deposits — ask before you sign. Non-refundable means exactly that, regardless of reason. Our refundable deposit protects you while confirming your reservation.
Rescheduling vs Canceling
Changed your wedding date? Rescheduling is free with 30+ days notice, subject to availability on the new date. We transfer your deposit and contract terms to the new date without any fees. This is different from canceling and rebooking — if you cancel and rebook, you're subject to current pricing, which may be higher.
