We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for peak wedding season (May through October). This ensures availability of your preferred vehicles. For off-peak dates, 3-6 months is usually sufficient.
What information should I have ready for the consultation?
Having your wedding date, ceremony and reception venues, approximate guest count, and bridal party size helps us provide accurate recommendations. However, we can still have a productive consultation even if some details are pending.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We offer phone and video consultations for busy couples. We can also arrange in-person vehicle viewings at our facility by appointment.
Is there a deposit required to book?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your wedding date. The amount varies by package size. The deposit is fully applied to your final balance.
